Weenie Derby Vendors
Whether you are a neighborhood maker or a local staple, we have a place for you. We are transforming our event space into a vibrant community marketplace designed to put your brand in front of 200–500 local attendees and their furry friends.
The Artisan & Maker Row (Levels 1–3)
This is the heart and soul of our event. We’ve dedicated this section to the "little guys"—the hobbyists, the youth entrepreneurs, and the creators who make Louisville unique.
The Vibe: Creative, handmade, and pet-centric.
Who you’ll find here: Hand-poured candles, custom dog bandanas, neighborhood crafters, and local animal rescues.
Why it’s great: You’ll be positioned in a high-energy area where attendees love to browse and support local talent while waiting for the next race heat.
The Corporate & Community Hub (Levels 4–5)
For our established businesses and professional partners, this section offers maximum visibility and a chance to engage with the community on a larger scale.
The Vibe: Professional, high-visibility, and service-oriented.
Who you’ll find here: Local vet clinics, real estate agents, home services (like AT&T or Spectrum), and banks.
Why it’s great: These booths are placed in prime locations with the highest foot traffic, perfect for lead generation, handing out promotional materials, and building face-to-face brand trust.
Vendor Essentials at a Glance
The Crowd: Expecting 300–600 attendees + their dogs.
Food & Drinks: On-site food vendors will be keeping the crowd (and you!) fed and happy all day.
Facilities: Clean, accessible restrooms are provided on-site for all vendors and guests.
Off-Grid Setup: To maintain the beauty of the park, there is no access to water or electricity. Vendors must be self-sufficient (silent generators are welcome).
Peace of Mind: We have an official Rain Date set for April 26th, ensuring your investment is protected if the spring weather doesn't cooperate!
